Our processes are built to follow and comply with ISO-9241:210 which means we follow an international standard for our user experience work.
We're a training provider for the British Computing Society's foundation course in user experience and we provide education services [education] in human-computer interaction and user experience to further education establishments. We also run regular workshops to people interested in user experience. Currently, we specialise in the United Kingdom and the Philippines but we're expanding over south east Asia and happy to talk to anyone who wants to know more about our services.
With over a decade's experience working for top clients, we have the skillset to tackle any problem throughout the product lifecycle. Whether discovery phase research, live and business-as-usual or any point in-between, we can administer effective and actionable research, and produce high-quality designs.
We have a particular specialisation with the UK's public sector. We work regularly with the GDS service standard for both research and design including creating clickable prototypes using HTML/CSS and the GDS prototype toolkit within fully Agile teams. We have also helped services pass GDS service assessments and worked with services designed for assisted digital users and users requiring accessibility considerations.
User experience is quite fashionable. There is a danger that your organisation or a partner might profess to have a full range user experience skills but in reality, they might offer impressive graphic design but no research or understanding of users' needs.
Not adhering to internationally understood standards such as ISO 9241-210 can lead to a second-rate product and increase exposure to the risk of it failing in the market.
If your organisation runs UX processes, we can offer an audit under ISO 9241-210. This is a specialised service where we will enquire how your UX team's works and compare it against the industry's international standard. From this, we will identify areas where the standard is not being met, and offer advice on how to achieve it.
